Regular Mentalray phenomenon mi_car_paint_phen_x is used for the red car body. This is not directly applied to the objects, rather is fed to a mi_material_x shaders Additional Color slot in Advance tab to get more control with bump mapping.
Two bump maps are used in mia_material_x’s bump slots. Firstly a hand painted bump map in the over all bump slot to mimic scratches on the paint and secondly a large Fractal map in the standard bump slot to mimic curvatures in the glossy metal body.
